Hi, it's Kei Kawai at Google. (Touch "Show all comments" to see translations.) I'd like to introduce to you our Street View technology and equipment in a two-part series. Did you know that Google mounts special cameras onto different types of transportation? The Street View "Trike" was the uniquely-designed tricycle we used to shoot temples in Kyoto and Stonehenge - it takes a certain knack to take it out for a spin. The more smooth-looking "Snowmobile" was used to shoot the slopes of Whistler at Vancouver Winter Olympics.
