いっぱい描くこと(量をこなす)と丁寧に描くこと(質の良い練習) 技術面の上達はこれしかないみたいです。あとは描きたいもの別に知識が必要です。例えば人が描きたいなら、骨格やら筋肉の流れやらの知識です。

ハイエナさんの言う様に一生懸命にたくさん描くことですかね。筋肉や骨も正確に把握するのは難しいので、人が見てそれっぽく見えれば良いと思いますよ。

自分、資料がない場合は、描きたいものをネットの画像検索で探して携帯の写メで撮って見ながら描いています。後で見比べて、だいぶ似てきたなと思った所で投稿します
