優待でスクウェアエニックスにログインする際に、メールアドレスと生年月日を入力したいのですが、生年月日を入力しても「不正です」となります。なぜだか分かる人いませんか?

入力するのは、西暦の方です。ちゃんと間違えずに入力しました。
