KeroGoogleKawai
Hi, it's Kei Kawai at Google. (Touch "Show all comments" to see translations.) Continuing from the previous post, I'll introduce you to some more members of our Street View family. To capture imagery inside museums, we use our hand-pushed "Trolley". We also have a more lightweight choice consisting of a single-lens reflex camera outfitted with a fisheye lens and mounted on a tripod. This is mainly used to photograph the insides of shops, but we have also used it to shoot panoramas of the Antarctic, the Mount Everest Base Camp, and even inside caves! The newest addition to the family is our "Trekker", a wearable backpack with a camera system on top. This will be used to shoot special and remote places around the world only accessible by foot.
