    先程のよりも分かりやすいように説明。なぜ1ヵ所なのか。→開けるヵ所を多くするとエンジンで熱せられたエアを吸ってしまいます。熱いエアは密度が低く、エアの吸った量。質量が減ってしまいます。そこで、1ヵ所だけ穴を開けて冷えたエアを吸わせるという事です。実際では純正の場合はフェンダーの裏側から吸わせます。こうする事でスマートになり、雨の中でもエンジンが水を吸わないようにされていて、吸気音も減ら事が出来ます
