リサイクルに使うバックアップってどういう効果がありますか？教えてくれたら「みんなムキムキ」のQRあげます！！！！

バックアップと言うのはセーブデータを保存して復元したらそのセーブした所からスタートできます。ちなみに復元するには本体設定のデータ管理から復元できます。リサイクルショップとかで☆7等のアイテムをリサイクルする時リサイクルした物が既に持っていた物等の時にバックアップが役立ちます。あ。あと皆ムキムキのアンテナは要りません。
