捕まえるの仕様が変更されて相手を一回倒さないと捕まえられなくなったみたいです。

今回の更新で、記録手帳に登録されていない敵は捕まえられなくなったのでそうなったんだと思います。一度倒せば捕まえられるようになると思います。
