最初にやるやつは鬼トレ補助がいいと思うんだけどなーーー。脳トレやリラックスはともかく、最初から鬼トレや集中時間測定なんかやってたら記録あがりにくいやろーーー・・・補助でレベルを上げてからやるべきではないのか・・・？
