    まず、捕まえるアンテナをゲットする所からですね。(ノーマルキャッチでも取れます。)捕まえるをゲットしたら、捕まえたいモンスターを一回倒して下さい。(ボスの場合、もう一度来なければなりません。)そして、捕まえたいモンスターを、捕まえるアンテナで捕まえます。(確率は低いので、ブーストなどを使うと安定します。)ざっとこんな感じですかね。
