牢屋では暇で暇でしょうがなかった。一日一日を怨みながら生きていったそのときのアタクシには、仙吉さんはなかった…。ある日…アタクシが愚痴を言ってたころ、「おや、お前さんも無実の罪で捕まったのかい？」そんな声がした。すぐ近くの牢だ。アタクシも返事をした。(ここからは会話になります) 「なるほど。もしや、おまえは時計を壊したと疑われたんだな？」「はい…」「なに！？それは奇遇じゃ！わしの名はドウと言う。妖怪の見える時計を運んだものじゃ！」
