チェルシー学園寮ステージ後半のシェガーは、ステージ終盤の飛び石エリアに設置されてます。同エリアのずっと上の方ですが、足場があるはずです。そこでジャンプすると出現しますよ。ただ、微妙に上下左右に動いてるので注意してください。

更に解答を言ってしまいましょう！エリアが始まって2匹目のインコのような敵(「む～ん」)が掴まっている足場が目的地です。ただ、足場を踏み外さないように。踏み外すと奈落の底へ直行しちゃいますよ。
