そういえば鬼トレにはメンタル面の効能も期待してましたが、500日以上やってもまだ効いてる気はしないですね。。。

自分は、700日以上続けてます(^∀^)v 鬼トレする前と比べてみれば、多少なり？はいい傾向に傾いているのでは、と思います(^-^) もとが悪すぎたってのもありますがw

効果無くはなしですかー。個人差あるでしょうけれど、ぼくはまだ感じてないのですよね

まったくではなく、多少なりの変化はありますよ(^-^) 記憶力とか空間把握とか鬼トレ前と比べると違うとわかる程度ぐらいはf(^-^;)
