    自分も感覚掴むまでに5、6時間練習して まともに出来るようになったのが2週間ぐらいかかったので手痛めないよう頑張ってください(*^-^*) ねじれのときに声だすとタイミングが合いやすくなるかもしれないです(人それぞれですが)
