他の野菜で栄養をとればいいのですから。うちの子達も、好き嫌いありましたよ。私は、お弁当の時にだけ、小さめ1つを入れてました。たまに、食べて帰ってくると誉めてましたが、誰かにあげてたようです(笑)。家では、目につかないように細かくしたりして『美味しい！』と言った日だけ、入ってる事を告白してました。その子供達も大人です。今でも苦手なものは、私にもあるので、無理して食べる事はないですよ。食事は楽しく食べる事が大事ですからね♪ 夢見したいので、よろしかったら、夢番地を教えてください。
