    サイコパス　(スペル忘れた) 人の精神状態を数値化出来るようになった世界。それらは犯罪係数と呼ばれ、それが一定値を越えると潜在犯として社会から隔離され回復を待つしかない。 ただ、犯罪係数を計る人工知能シビュラから適性を受けると執行官として監視官のもとで公安局という警察的なところで働ける。 そんで彼等がシビュラの目をかいくぐるような難事件を解決していくっていう話。
