私にも詳しい事はわかりませんがソウルボイスを発生させるとソウルステージが１上がります(最高3) 戦闘が終了するまで減る事は無いのでそこまで気にしなくても大丈夫です。

公式に説明が… 曰く「ソウルチャレンジ(タイミング良くB押すQTEのアレ)が成功すると増えてソウルボイス(仲間のアーツ誘導声援)が増えたり成功時にボーナスTPが貰えTPが増えたりする」だそうなそれに対応して効果が発生するアーツって事でしょう
