昨日は奥さんの、本日は私の実家で兄弟の家族が帰省し、取り敢えずお盆の行事は本日で終了。連日色々と食べ過ぎで、体重がちょっと洒落にならない増加となり、今晩から通常運転に切り替える為、一番好きなプエルトリコのワールドツアー7曲をプレーしました。やっぱりプエルトリコは、体重増で落ち込んだ気持ちも、明るくしてくれます。また明日からもトレーニング頑張って行きましょう!!
