MSのLvが上がるとクリィティカル効果ってどうなるのですか？威力up？発動率up？発動率upならパイロットスキルで無理してクリィティカル狙わなくてもいいかな？

クリティカル効果は、クリティカル時のダメージ量と関係しています。確率には関係していません。
