今日で鬼トレ3周年。発売から３年も経ったのに、これだけ多くの方々が続けてるのはとても素晴らしい事だと思う。自分がここまで続けてこられたのもココの人達から受ける刺激の大きさ故であり、只々感謝である。これから先も鬼トレを皆様と共に続けて行きたい所存である。
