やんちゃん、コメありがとね♥ この間､両足の膝が腫れちゃったの。　だから､今は腫れが引いてきてるけど､休ませてるの。FITはしてるけど､ズンバはもうちょい様子見てから､一度に幾つも踊らない様にして､今度こそ慎重にやっていこうと思ってる^^* まだ続けるからね(^_-)~♡♡
