最近はほとんど挨拶になっていますが、毎日本当に暑いですね。本日は昨日比で体重が0.8kgも増えたので、Wii Fitと合わせて、ロサンゼルスの8曲をプレー。カロリーも160kcalオーバーで満足しました。

    ☆プチ☆さん、こんばんは。夜でも気温高いですねえ。でも室内でエアコンや扇風機で多少涼みながら毎日運動できるのはWii Fitやズンバの本領発揮な感じかなと最近思います。今は外で運動する気が起きませんので(笑)

    やんちゃんさん、こんばんは。毎日夜も暑いですね。毎晩のズンバやFitはさすがにエアコンのつけてプレーしています。それでも汗だくですけど(笑)。ズンバをすると楽しく気分転換できるので、もう習慣みたいな感じですね。
