あそこへいくにはまずテフラ坂を通って途中の柵を見ると下に水がありますよね？そこに飛び降りて画像の場所まで行けば行けます。ですが、あの場所は40Lvぐらいのモンスターがいるので中盤ぐらいでいった方がいいです。
