本日は残業時間からの会議で帰りが少々遅くなりました。ただ本日は雲もなく、北には北斗七星と北極星、南には蠍座が綺麗に輝いていました。本日の体重は昨日比-0.7kgとまた66kg目前までも戻りましたので、まずまずです。で大変暑いですがショート3をプレー。苦手曲も多かったのですが、ギリギリ☆5つでした。

    ☆プチ☆さん、こんばんは。ホント天気が良いので、星が見やすく星好きには良い気候ですね(昼間は暑すぎますが)。ズンバは仕事モードから切り替えに凄く役立つので、減量と合わせて一石二鳥の本当によいソフトですよ。

    やんちゃんさん、こんばんは。毎晩の腹筋とかは凄い義務感があって、過去にやっていたトレーニングは全て失敗しましたが、ズンバは違いますね。ただ最近はFitにも目覚めて合わせて小一時間くらいしているので、スプラトゥーンをする時間が減ってしまい、時間のやりくりに苦労しています(笑)
