本日はSS席のペアチケットが当たったので、大阪府立体育館にボリショイサーカスへ行って来ました。しかしペアチケットは当たりましたが、我が家は4人家族の為、2枚追加で買う事になりましたが・・。久しぶりのサーカスですが、空中ブランコはの迫力と、クラウンの芸達者ぶりを十分堪能出来ました。で、本日は時間が無かったので、クイックでお気に入りを2曲プレーしました。写真はインドのBORO BOROです。さてシャワー浴びてスプラトゥーンに参戦せますよ。

    HTMさん、おはようございます。今週は間食が多い週で、昨日も外出で少々カロリー取り過ぎ傾向でしたので。先週の減量は停滞気味でしたので、今週は減らす方向で頑張ります!!
