今日は良く晴れた天気でしたが、湿度が低く非常に過ごしやすい日でしたが、暑い!エアコンつけてと言う人もおり、中々人の感じ方も様々です。私も最近は体脂肪が18%程になり、少し寒さに弱くなったかも。明日は接待で飲むので、少しハード目の7曲をプレー。良い汗掛けました。

HTMさん、こんばんは。体脂肪は一時23%ほどありましたので結構減りました。体重は激しく運動しても、大食いしても1~2日で元に戻ります。毎日100kcalほどダイエット前より多く消費するのが良いかと。ズンバは楽しくカロリー消費できるので、ほぼ毎日できている感じですね。
