朝は肌寒いですが、本日は昼間が暑かった。でも帰宅時はまた肌寒いと、寒暖差が凄いですね。仕事も一区切りつき、本日は早めに帰宅。奥さんのダイエットも兼ねて、二人で8曲、23分を踊りました。奥さんはまだズンバ初心者ですが、まずまずの成績でしたね。私も良い汗かけました。
