なんかキューブクリエイター3Dが某サンドボックスゲームのパクリだと騒動になったそうですねぇ。でも「パクリだ」「パクリではない」というのはあくまで個人的な価値観によるものが大きいと思いますがねぇ。

ただ...　サンドボックスの意味を理解してない人はきっとたくさんいるはずで、「サンドボックス」の意味を理解してもらうにはすごい時間が必要なので..... 　現実は大変ですね。
