いつもズンバの前にWii Fitをするのですが、本日はFitトレーナー(女性)との腕立て伏せ勝負で残念ながら敗北・・。60回はキツイです。その悔しさを晴らす為、本日のズンバは奥さんと7曲20分で踊りました。どちらも絶好調でダブル☆5つでした。
