    2012年の11月にプププ大全の20周年記念読者限定オリジナルTシャツの懸賞に、カービィへの思い入れを事細かに書いて応募したら、翌月の12月25日のクリスマスの朝9時すぎに小学館から封筒が届き、もしかしてと思って開封したら応募したTシャツと、当選のお祝いの言葉が書かれた用紙が入っていて、歓喜に満ちあふれました。…と同時に「何で30人しか当たらないTシャツが当たって、1000人や500人に当たるクラニンのカービィグッズ（ビーズクッションに2口、ディスクケースに1口応募していた）が外れたんだ」と複雑な気持ちにもなってしまいましたがｗ（クラニンの方が圧倒的に応募数が多かっただろうけど） ネットの懸賞はハガキと違って工夫出来ないのがネックなんですよね…。 クラニンの懸賞で出ていたカービィのビーズクッション・ディスクケース・トランプ・バッジコレクション、市販してくれていたら全部買ったのに。

    懸賞品をクリスマスプレゼントに贈って下さった小学館にはお礼のハガキを書いて送り、HAL研さんにも年賀状でこのプレゼントや星のカービィ20周年キャンペーンを開催して下さったお礼を書きました。 贈られたTシャツは試しにちょっとだけ着てすぐに畳んで付属の箱の中に仕舞い、今も箱の中で鳴りを潜めています。
