スプラトゥーンが出来ない...どうすればいいの?

スプラトゥーンのダウンロード版を買ったんですが、ホーム画面でスプラトゥーンを押すと、　「 このソフトは使用できません。このソフトを買うときに使用した、IDが消されています」ってなるんです。 だけど、ソフト買うときに使用したIDは消していません。スプラトゥーンやりたいです...何故こうなるのか分かる人いませんか?
