私も絵が上手くはないので、分かりませんが、前に急いで描いたやつ置いときます。よかったら、参考に(((

この画像だけではどちらもいんじゃない？と思うかも知れませんが、色(はだの色)を塗ったときに目の下の線が目立って変になるので、線をつけないでいくか、せんを細くして薄くすればいいと思います。
