誰でもいいので答えて下さい…

利用制限でもうすぐBANされそうなんですが、初期化したらフレコ変わりますか？相手のを入れたら大丈夫とかありますか？初期化して違うアカウント作ってそれも消してまた今のアカウント入れたらDLしたソフトは消えてまた有料ですか？新しい3DSは買えません。多分制限されてて返信もできません。 保険(シルバーパイク)

    なんで意味が無いんですか？ あの…初期化して新しい垢作れますか？その垢はPCなので使ってそのデータを初期化してまた今のアカを使ったらソフトは無事ですか？

    つまり中古のを買ったとしてそれが初期化前のデータでもともと永遠BANだったらその3dsではミバができないて事ですか…？
