今日、ランチに行ったら「ケンサキイカのファルシ」なるものが!! ファルシって何だ!?と思いつつ、食べた。男の子キャラの名前として、ケンサキ君ってのもアリだなって思いました。　イカ中毒ですね。

『ファルシ』って、詰めた料理だから、「いかめし」も「イカのファルシ」になりますね。めし→ファルシに変わるだけで、随分カッコよくなりますね。今度、『ファルシ』という言葉、使ってみようと思います。

この時のは、いろいろな具材が入ったケンサキイカでした。　おいしかったです。　言われてみれば、いか飯もファルシとなるんですね。　なんか、知的な感じ。
