強くなるには

強くなるにはどうすれば良いでしょうか。今Lv.30です。Lv.29からレベルアップしてからまともに戦えません。Lv.40勢に撃沈されます。　回答宜しくお願いします。　後、おすすめの潜水艦は何ですか？

LV30～50位だったらは、耐久が高く遠距離魚雷がいいよ。たぶん例えばZとか使ってレベルアップしてきた。？！
