逆手から入れるようになるにはどうすれば良いですか?

今まで、紅の最難関●●●○○○●●●○○○●●●○○○などは、今まで無理矢理利き手から入ってました。しかし将来的に「基本は利き手始動、部分によって逆手から」という風にしたいと思いました。結構早めに逆手から入るのを習得したいので、練習法を教えて下さい!
