    ラグ(lag、タイムラグ)とは人間がコンピュータに命令を入力してから命令が実行されるまでの遅延時間のこと。 オンラインゲームのラグは攻撃などをして相手を倒せるほど撃ち込んでいるのになかなかﾀﾋなず、数秒ほど遅れて相手が倒れる、及びﾀﾋぬとか相手の動きが明らかおかしい(例に挙げるなら相手がカクカク行ったり来たりしてる)とかかな。原因は鯖の処理能力や通信帯域に問題があるとされている。
