いよいよ蒸し暑くなってきた今日この頃、皆さんどうお過ごしでしょうか?　私の部屋では扇風機がもう活躍しています･･･　梅雨明けが怖いなぁ(-_-;)

昼夜の温度差もそうですが、朝の目覚めの時に、布団が消えている･･･ってこともあるので、涼しいのは良いのですが寝冷えだけは気を付けないといけませんね。
