沼ジャンについて

最近ガチマ潜ったら、見方が自分の所にスパジャンして来るのですが！！　まだ足場塗れてないのに、飛んでくる方がいます。　自分の場所知られ見方と一緒に倒されたるのが多いのですが、どうしたらいいのでしょうか?

常に味方の生存人数(画面中央上のアイコン)を確認して、2人以下なら壁裏や安全地帯に帰るこれ意識するだけで味方を棒に振る機会が少なくなる
