    eショップの「設定・その他」と言うのを押して更新ソフトの確認を押すと更新できますよ

    修復データとやらをダウンロード(40分ほど)すると、その次の画面で「更新データが存在します」という言葉が出てくるから、それをダウンロード(40秒ぐらい)すれば出来た。もうちょっと短く出来る方法があるのだろうけど、これしか思いつかない。
