種族値ってのはポケモンの種類によって決まってる能力 HP/攻撃力/防御力/特攻/特防/素早さの順にラティオスなら80/90/80/130/110/110 って決まっててメガ進化すると 80/130/100/160/120/110 って上昇するまぁ、実際は固体値ってのもあるんだが要らないか
