まず、Bボタンで自分のMiiを呼んで、どちらでもいいので上の白い線のところに連れてきます。そうしたら、AボタンでMiiが持ち上げてくれるまでやります。(小型のポケモンじゃないと持ち上げてくれない)そして、ポケモンの影が完璧に白い線をこえたらAボタン、もしくはスライドパットで降りると奥にはいれます
