[上画面] 無駄にネットを見て夜遅くなり、やり損ねた日が１日、または1～2日おきであるけど大丈夫ですか？それとも考えすぎ？月曜は合計10時間32分もPCの電源を点けてた！ (翌日が休みとはいえ) 鬼トレを続けてネット依存から抜けつつあるのに、 Eメールチェックや家計簿記入の後にダラダラとネットを見てしまう… ネットをしなかった反動もあるのだろうか。
