    もしかしたら一度数を揃えた後にアイテムを何かに使って数が減ってしまっているということはありませんか? その場合、クエストにチェックはつきますが渡すことができなくなります その場合ならもう一度集めれば大丈夫です

    上の方も書かれていますがコレペディア登録やシンプルクエで消費している可能性があるかと。 アイテムメニュー開いてそれぞれの数をチェックしてみると良いかも。一度に複数のクエを手当たり次第進めている（特に収集系はクエボードで集まったモノから受注→完了を繰り返す）と時々なります。 「私は武器買って持って来て」のクエ受注して武器買う→忘れてアイテム整理で売り払う→緑のビックリマーク出てるけどクエが進まない状態になりましたよ（＾＾；
