暑くなりにくい服の着方 1.なるべく白っぽい服を着る(柄入りでもOK！) 2.靴下は、足首から上が2～5cmの長さをはくと、あまり暑くない！ 3.空気と水が通りやすい服を着る (これはあくまで『暑くなりにくい服装』です。100%涼しくなるわけではありません。でも、気になるひとは是非、試してみてくださーい。)
