住民の家と部屋と庭のデザインと学校等の大型施設づくりが楽しめます新しい天上家具等もあり、より立体的な部屋を演出できるのと家具をコピーして増やしたりまとめて動かしたりできるようになりましたまた半マス分動かしたりすることができるようになったことによりスペースをより有効的に使うことができるようになりました家具の種類はゲームを進めていくうちに増えていく感じです
