通勤に使う駅は数週間前からムクドリの大群が、鳴き声と共に、魚群の様な編隊飛行をするのですが、今はそれにセミの鳴き声と合わせて、凄く賑やかで夏真っ盛りだなあと実感しますね。本日の体重は一時増えましたが、昨日比-0.8kgを体重を戻せ、このまま66kg台にしたいので、本日はショート14の7曲をプレー。トレーニングレベル中なので、消費カロリーはこんな感じかな?
