学校の「増築」を完了すると各施設のリフォームができるようになります。それまで施設のリフォームはできません。初めに作る事ができるようになる施設(学校、お店、病院など)を全て完成させると学校の増築ができるようになるので、今はそこまで頑張りましょう！
