疲れてるのかわからない位に体が言うことを聞かない毎日ですが、そんな時は中学校の先生の言葉が頭を過ります「調子が悪い時のパフォーマンスこそが自分の本当の実力だ」。その「調子が悪い時」に発揮出来る力を底上げするために練習をするのだと教わりました。ありがたい御言葉です( ;∀;)しみじみ
