今日はまだ起きてこないって亊で朝昼ご飯！良い食材が入るとワクワクするね！昨日お土産で地鶏を頂いたんで、まずは塩焼きで！後は相性の良いトマトで煮込んで見ます！ランチはバジルとアボカドのパスタです！ニンニク強めの味で仕上げます！ドリンクは冷たい緑茶で！デザートはバニラアイスにきな粉と黒密かけた物！
