間取り選択の時に、３部屋や、地下室、２階建てにする方法を教えてください。(間取り選択講座はやってます。)

・まず、ワンルームで住民の家を作る（2部屋、デフォはNG）・日報を書き、「つづける」を選択・造った家の所へ行き、「新しい家をつくる」を選択・間取り選択の際に、「大きい家」を選択すると2階建てが選べる。・上記を何回か行うと地下室兼2階が造れる。

言っている意味がよく分かりませんが、上記の手順は全て同じ村民で行って下さい。又、部屋は3部屋しか造れませんので、【地下1部屋、地上1部屋、2階1部屋】、【1階2部屋、地下又は2階1部屋】しか建てられません。
